Locate a Locum joins our growing list of charity partners who show commitment to better wellbeing for our pharmacy family through supporting our charity’s vital work. In 2023, Locate a Locum has joined us in supporting trainees to get mentally prepared for the assessment and their transition to registered pharmacist through sponsoring our Trainee ACTNow campaign.
About Locate a Locum
Locate a Locum is an app based platform that helps locum pharmacy professionals find and book shifts easily. As a fully qualified pharmacist, our CEO Jonathon Clarke personally experienced the disconnect between locums and employers. With this disconnect came the opportunity to develop an app and website built to help locums plan ahead, stay in control and work around their own schedules.
We are happy to be working with Pharmacist Support to help guide the next generation of pharmacists at the beginning of their careers. Starting your pharmacy career can feel daunting and the work Pharmacist Support do at this time to help trainees is crucial. My advice to anyone sitting the exam is to be confident, ask questions and build relationships with your team.
