We strive to provide a consistently high quality service that delivers the most benefit to our users and regularly monitor both the effectiveness and the quality of the support given. To do this we rely on our service users to give their opinions.

Whilst bereavement is a very personal event, the majority of people go through a range of normal reactions and emotions when they lose somebody close to them. There is no right or wrong way to feel.
