We’re delighted to announce that Community Pharmacy England has joined us as a valued charity supporter. Community Pharmacy England, which is the representative body for all community pharmacy owners in England, has indicated a strong commitment to working with us to advance our aim of promoting the health and wellbeing of pharmacists and their teams.

“At Community Pharmacy England, the mental health and wellbeing of pharmacy owners is a priority close to our hearts. Our annual Pharmacy Pressures Survey and regular polling have highlighted the scale of the challenges that pharmacy owners face across the sector. Staffing pressures remain chronic and morale is at breaking point. Pharmacy owners consistently tell us that wellbeing is one of their biggest concerns at work, alongside other operational and financial pressures. Supporting mental health and wellbeing in community pharmacy is more than a priority; it is essential.
Many pharmacy owners work under extreme pressure. Across the sector, pharmacy owners are exhausted, feeling undervalued and uncertain about the future of their pharmacies. Issues such as patient abuse, medicine supply shortages and financial pressures take both a professional and personal toll.
That is why we are working with Pharmacist Support in 2026. Together, we will provide workshops, webinars and other resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of pharmacists across the sector.”
Our collaboration kicked off with Pharmacist Support being the nominated charity at the Annual Conference of LPC Representatives in November 2025, where we were able to chat with attendees about how our support services can make a difference to the lives of their pharmacy teams. As part of our work together, we will also be running a series of workshops and support for pharmacy owners and their teams throughout the year, starting with a Stress Management and Building Resilience workshop on Thursday 26th February. In addition, and in recognition of our vital charitable work, Community Pharmacy England is working with us to highlight the services of Pharmacist Support within community pharmacy, helping people across our profession who are facing many personal challenges.
