Student ACTNow is a wellbeing campaign from Pharmacist Support designed specifically for student pharmacists. Through practical resources, guidance, events and shared experiences, the campaign encourages students to prioritise wellbeing alongside the demands of studying, placements, exams and preparing for a future career in pharmacy.
Studying pharmacy can be rewarding, but it can also bring pressure, stress and uncertainty. Balancing academic responsibilities, placements, work and personal commitments can make it difficult to prioritise mental health and wellbeing.
Pharmacist Support’s Student ACTNow campaign aims to create safe and supportive spaces for conversations around wellbeing, while helping pharmacy students build healthy habits that can support you throughout your studies and future careers.

Our Student ACTNow campaign launches on University Mental Health Day in March and is open to all pharmacy students. By signing up to our free digital newsletter, you’ll get resources tailored to your pharmacy journey, from preparing for exams and your training year, to becoming a registered pharmacist, independent prescriber and beyond.
Pharmacist Support believes wellbeing should be a priority throughout every stage of a pharmacy career. By encouraging open conversations and promoting positive wellbeing habits early on, Student ACTNow helps students feel supported, connected and empowered.
If your university or organisation would like to support student wellbeing and partner with the campaign, we’d love to hear from you.
