Before you get in touch
Please note that we are a charity dedicated to providing wellbeing services to our clients. We do not have any medical training, so we are not able to answer any queries related to medicines and physical health issues. For such queries, you may want to contact your local pharmacist. The NHS has a local pharmacy locater that will direct you to your nearest pharmacy.
Emergency mental health support
Please note that this is not an emergency service. If you require emergency mental health support, we recommend you contact the Samaritans, your GP or visit your local A&E department.
If you are feeling suicidal, immediately contact emergency services or a helpline listed here on the NHS website.
