Thank you to CliniLink for their generous support and donation!
After connecting at this year’s CPC London, the team at CliniLink reached out to our charity to see how they can actively support our mission of raising awareness and promoting wellbeing within the pharmacy profession. Fast forward a few weeks and we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been chosen as the nominated charity for CliniLink’s upcoming event, Deep Dive: Diabetes Management in Primary Care, happening on Saturday 12th July at the iconic Royal Nawaab Pyramid in Stockport.
We can’t wait to meet pharmacy professionals face-to-face, chat about how we can support them and their teams and shine a light on the free, confidential services we offer. And that’s not all – as part of their ongoing commitment to the pharmacy community, CliniLink will be donating £500 to help fund our essential services.
The importance of charity supporters like CliniLink
“We’re proud to support Pharmacist Support as our nominated charity for this event,” says Mehmoona Usman, Managing Director of CliniLink. “Their vital work in improving the wellbeing of pharmacists aligns closely with our mission at CliniLink, and we’re delighted to contribute to this important cause.”
Theresa Ho, Clinical Director at CliniLink, adds: “Pharmacists are at the heart of the healthcare system, and it’s essential that we invest in their wellbeing. We’re thrilled to be able to give back through this partnership with Pharmacist Support.”
Danielle Hunt, Pharmacist Support’s Chief Executive shares the excitement:
“We’re incredibly thrilled and grateful to the team at CliniLink for choosing Pharmacist Support as their nominated charity. As a charity that relies on the kindness of individual and corporate donations, support like this makes a real difference. It helps us continue providing free, independent and confidential support to pharmacy students, trainees and pharmacists across the country. Thanks to this generous donation, we can keep being there for those who need us most.”
