Boots Pharmacy
Our collaboration with Boots began in 2016 when the company commissioned bespoke wellbeing videos and resources for its pharmacy teams. This partnership continued in 2017, with Boots funding a coaching pilot for Boots Pharmacy Association (BPA) members, followed by an additional donation in 2019 to further develop our wellbeing initiatives.
We were delighted to renew this partnership in 2022, 2023, and 2024, focusing on trainee support through our Trainee ACTNow campaign—helping future pharmacists prepare mentally for their assessment and transition into practice. In 2024, Boots also sponsored our Pharmacist ACTNow campaign, which addressed workplace culture, loneliness, professional isolation, and physical health.
Looking ahead to 2025, we are thrilled to have Boots as sponsors of both our Student ACTNow and Trainee ACTNow campaigns, strengthening our shared commitment to pharmacist wellbeing.
Pharmacists are at the heart of delivering care to patients and customers in their communities and so it’s important that we at Boots look after their wellbeing and the wellbeing of the team that support them. This is especially important for our trainee pharmacists as they take their final step and enter into the profession to play an important role as part of a wider healthcare team in community pharmacy.
