Pharmacist Support is an entirely independent organisation and access to our services is completely confidential.
There is a whole host of information on our website, but if you can't find the information you are looking for, we can be reached via social media, email and phone.

We recommend that you contact us on the freephone number above or via email.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. We will respond to email and voicemail enquiries as soon as possible and aim to do so within three working days.
Please note that over the Christmas period the Pharmacist Support office will be closed on 25th – 29th December 2024, and 1st January 2025. You can still access free support and guidance on our website to support you over the holidays.

If you need to speak to someone urgently, the Samaritans helpline is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year on 116 123.
Primary care staff, including community pharmacy teams, can also access resources to support their health and wellbeing needs this winter from NHS England. NHS staff can also use the NHS England confidential text support service if you need someone to talk to about a tough day, feeling worried or overwhelmed, or have a lot on your mind and need to talk it through. This 24/7 service can be accessed by texting SHOUT to 85258.
The Health Education and Improvement Wales website has a selection of open access, supportive wellbeing resources and tools to view or download. The website also lists wellbeing helplines available in Wales.
For health care professionals in Scotland, the National Wellbeing Hub is a place full of ideas on how to stay well. The National Wellbeing Helpline is available for everyone working in health and social care services in Scotland. It is a compassionate listening service which you can access whenever you need it – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 0800 111 4191.
