James Mansfield, son of Information Officer Wendy Mansfield undertook a skydiving challenge for Pharmacist Support and helped raise over £400 to support the charity’s work.
We caught up with him after the event to ask him a couple of questions.
What was your favourite moment?
My favourite moment was when I was hanging over the side of the aeroplane waiting to jump. It is the most exciting thing I have ever done, better than white water rafting, pot-holing and abseiling!
Any tips for anyone wanting to undertake a challenge for Pharmacist Support?
Just do it! It is a wonderful opportunity to do something you have always wanted to do, and at the same time raise some money for your favourite cause.
What’s next? Are you planning another challenge or will you take it easy for a while?
I am always up for a challenge and am thinking about what I could do next. I like climbing and scaling mountains so anything is possible! I enjoyed the sky dive so much that I am now taking it up as a hobby.
